  1. Define exactly what ocean pressure is.
  2. Obtain the numerical values on a suitable 2D or 3D grid
  3. Calculate the local gradient by using a first or second order difference quotient, e.g. gradient.

Dear nur, it is *your* turn to explain more details. Currently it is not clear, if your input data are measurements, a formula or the output from a simulation. We cannot guess other important aspects like if you want to calculate the gradient in 2D or 3D, or the format of the input and output.
