Is it possible to apply Thresholding within bounding box?

I have the four sides of bounding box (left,right,top,down). Is it possible to apply thresholding within this bounding box? I have tumour inside bounding box. I want to perform thresholding on it. Thank you.

Yes. You can either crop it out to a new image and threshold it. Or you can threshold the whole image and create a new binary image, then copy and paste the cropped binary image onto the original. It just depends what effect you're trying to create.

I tried to perform thresholding by cropping. But the clarity of the image was lost. I want to perform thresholding by cropping it. Is there any way to get clarity of the image?

When I cropped the image, the image was getting blurred. When I apply thresholding on it I was not getting proper result
