Gradual area change (gradual contraction). Pressure loss

Hello,

I am interested in how to define correction factor for gradual contraction coefficient as shown here: http://se.mathworks.com/help/physmod/hydro/ref/gradualareachange.html In this example Kcor is taken to be equal to 1 (Kcor=1). Do we have other values for this coefficient? If yes, what are these values based upon?

This correction factor is a parameter you may use to correlate the results from this block to the reference data (if available).
