Looping “aluminum” in reverse order, one letter per line should give result similar to this:

If this homework? Just use a for loop with a negative step
for k = length(yourString) : -1 : 1
fprintf('%s', yourString(k));
end
Adapt as needed. There are other ways too, like yourString(end-k+1) or using fliplr(yourString).
