Hello all, I want to ask that how to get all data points inside any shape like circle ? How the 'datacursormode' will be used for that ? What will be the approach ?

I assume you know the center and radius of the circle. So just use the FAQ: http://matlab.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ#How_do_I_create_a_circle.3F

yeah certainly I know those values . there is an example of creating spherical mask , how can we apply that on any 3d volume ? plz suggest ...
