how we can return the pixel values of our own desired point on matlab. kindly help me out

Depends what information you have. If you already know the pixel coordinates of interest (i,j), just index into the image
myImage(i,j)
If you're asking how to interactively probe a displayed image for its pixel values, you can use the data cursor,

If you want to do it interactively, by mousing around on the image and see the x,y and RGB or gray level in a status line, then you want the impixelinfo() function. Let me know if you can't figure out how to use it. Otherwise you can use impixel() or just use the image array itself like Matt said.
