totem pole in matlab

I am doing a simulation with models from simPowerSystems library. I want to embed a totem pole driver in my circuit. Is there any such built-in circuit in Matlab and if not what is the alternative to it?

It would be helpful to have a Totempole PFC model for me as well. Please supply the template.
