Simple code to draw circles

I need to draw a circle of a set diameter. Is there a code where all I have to do is edit the diameter? I also need to know how to draw a circle inside another circle (where I can also control diameter). I will need to save the images as bitmap files. The end file should simply be a circle (no grid or graph).
