how can I remove all the objects that are not connected to my Text in a binary image? Just remained text in my image

I have a binary Image that includes some objects. the white objects are irregular. the text of this image is important for me . how can I remove all the objects that are not relevent, I just wanna remain text in my image? for example if this is my image:

Please try to insert your image again with the green and brown frame icon. For some arbitrarily shaped white blob, how can we know if it's text or not. Some I-shaped blob could be the letter I or could just be some noise or artifact from an edge or something.
