Hi,
i divided an RGB image into 6 equal blocks , converted each block to HSV and in each block i combined the H,S and V in one vector called "C= 9*Hue + 3*Saturation + value"
each vector (for each block)is consisted of 72 values(as i quantized the hue in 8, Saturation in 3 and value in 3 also)
Now i want to construct an HSV cumulative histogram for each block
Would you help me please with steps and matlab code if available?
Thank you

I don't know what that is. What are you accumulating? Would cumsum() help you?

That paper talks about taking a histogram, not a "cumulative histogram". We do not know what a "cumulative histogram" is. If you want to create a histogram, use histc() or hist()
