Error in Setup for HDL Coder Support Package for AMD FPGA and SoC Devices

Setup proceeds smoothly until the installation of third-party tools. After the third-party tools are finished installing, hitting the "Next" button causes the setup to error out and prevents further interaction. A window is spawned that is titled "Hardware Setup Error", and the error is:

Index exceeds the number of array elements. Index must not exceed 3.

Pressing the "Ok" button to close the Error window doesn't enable the interactivity of any of the buttons on the Hardware Setup page, forcing me to close it. Uninstalling and reinstalling the support package causes the same error to be generated. Running MATLAB as a super user (rather than let the setup ask for my root password) also produces the same error.
