App Help Text can not be edited

When I do a Save As... (to create a new version of my app. in App Designer, it now (since 2023?) asks to reload as if it was being used somewhere else (it isn't).

So I let it reload and often in Code View the App Help Text button is grayed out (as is App Input Arguments) and it can not be edited. Closing the app and reopening doesn't fix it. I have to close all of App Designer and restart it to be allowed to edit this field.

No, I am not seeing that (in 2024b). But regardless, what is your question? I assume you've submitted a bug report and, if closing App Designer fixes it, you seem to have a workaround already.

When you do a save as, what app is open in AppDesigner: the original one, or the newly saved one? Which one is it asking you if you want to reload: The original one or the new one?

Original app is open. (But not running) The idea is to save a version to start working on the next version. It used to behave normally now it has these extra steps of waiting for it to reload.
