Error in view of uploaded CAD file in SIMSCAPE multibody.

Hello community,

I am trying to upload a solidworks CAD model of a ball screw in to simscape multibody. But while doing so the the screw appears like a helical spring. Is there any error in the importing or it is some simplified representation of springs in multibody? Kindly find the attached image for reference.

feels like the solidworks model was not necessarily "solid" but the surfaces of the geometry. can't tell just from the picture. just something to look into.
