issues on Heat exchanger in simscape 2P-TL

My System-Level Condenser Evaporator (2P-TL) shows an error in my model.

Failed to determine size of heat exchanger from the specified nominal operating condition. Try reducing Nominal rate of heat transfer or increasing Try reducing Nominal rate of heat transfer or increasing Nominal mass flow rate.

There should be a problem with my heat exchanger cross-sectional area settings, but I can't fix it.

My heat storage tank temperature is set incorrectly.

This error is saying that if the specified heat flow is honored, the outlet temperature of the hot fluid will be lower than the inlet temperature of the cold fluid, which violate the 2nd law of thermal dynamics. It's usually a parameterization error. Things to look for:

1. Heat flow value and unit
2. Fluid 1 flow rate, temperature and unit
3. Fluid 2 flow rate, temperature and unit
4. Fluid 1 & 2 fluid property block. Note each domain has different default working fluid.
