MATLAB/Sim​ulink/Sims​cape:Conta​ct force analysis

In Simscape, there are already some blocks available where I can perform contact force analysis by choosing 'Export Entire Geometry'. However, this option is not available when trying to do the same with a SolidWorks model in MATLAB/Simscape." Can you provide any examples availble, if possible?

You can only to "Convex Hull" for generic geometry (e.g. a stp file). It may or may not be good enough for your contact force modeling.

Another option to consider is to use Point Cloud. You can use spatial contact force together with that. Here is an example.
