I unable to get trial version. Can you help?

It says "We are unable to offer you a trial. If you believe you are receiving this message in error, please contact your local customer support representative"

No. We cannot help you. We are not your local customer support representatives!

Answers is just a volunteer forum. We have no access to any information as to why your trial license was unable to be provided. So, do as was suggested, and contact your local representative.
