It looks like you are using MATLAB R2023b and Libero 2023.2. Please confirm.
As per HDL Coder supported versions, you need to use Libero 2022.1 for R2023a, R2023b and R2024a of MATLAB.
When using an untested versions of Libero you need to disable the HDL Coder internal version check by selecting the option "Allow unsupported Tool version" in the workflow advisor.
We recommend users to use only supported Libero versions. Below is the list of MATLAB and Libero version compatibility list:
  • MATLAB R2022a, R2022b -- Libero 12.6
  • MATLAB R2023a, R2023b, R2024a -- Libero 2022.1
  • MATLAB R2024b --- Libero 2023.2
Please note the version compatiblity can be an issue only if something changes on the Libero side that becomes incompatible with MATLAB / HDL Coder. Sometimes you may not even run into an issue by using unsupported version. However you can be safe by always using the recommended versions in the documentation as they are tested with the corresponding HDL Coder / MATLAB version during the release cycle.
Hope this is helpful.
