CORRUPTED MAT FILE
Ältere Kommentare anzeigen
Hello there, I have a corrupted .MAT file (<10 mb) as a resultant of an accidental system reboot. Wish to have the data stored in it as opposed to recompute it over a few days. Could any of you guys help in this regard. Thanks tons in advance. R

The fact, that the MAT-file is corrupted, means, that the contents of the file is corrupted. In consequence you cannot reconstruct the contents perfectly. Do you have a backup copy?
Perhaps you could reconstruct some parts of the file. But if the computations are important, repeating them is the best choice. Sorry.
Why do the computations need several days? You can use the profiler to find the most time-consuming part and post it here. Perhaps somebody finds a method to accelerate it.
