Regarding SDR block, interpolation parameter?

Can somple please help me understand. what exactly/physically interpolation parameter do in SDRu block and why it is only for ettus SDR not in pluto.

Hi Arhum,
It seems that would like to understand the physical interpretation of the interpolation parameter in the SDRu block. Please note that the radio uses the interpolation factor when it upconverts the complex baseband signal to an intermediate frequency (IF) signal. The interpolation factor does the multiplication factor to adjust the frequency.

Hi Arhum,
For Pluto radio, the API allows to directly provide the Baseband Sample Rate, where as for the USRP radio, the Baseband Sample rate for transmitter is derived as (Master Clock Rate)/(Interpolation Factor).
