@AJEESH ANTONY P, Why don't you show the dc motor speed differential equation?

If possible, please provide the non-fuzzy controller (can be state-feedback, LQR, PID, lead-lag compensator, , or anything you are familiar with) for the dc motor speed.

It is more convenient to fuzzify a stabilizing non-fuzzy controller than to design a fuzzy controller from scratch, unless you have the expert knowledge of the dc motor speed that can be expressed in the form of If–Then Rules.
