How To find Frequency sampling from .txt file

Hi,

I want to find the frequency sampling from ECG data stored in .txt file. The length of data is 586409, recorded in 20 minutes. May I know, how to get it?

Wasn't it sampled 586409 times per (20*60) seconds, or 586409 /1200 = 488.67 times per second? Or am I overlooking something?

As I know,the Frequency sampling/sampling rate is the no.of sample in 1 second. Thus currently, I didn't know in a 1 second how many data were collected.

There is different if I direct calculate like you said above. There is a point of data not a sampling frequency.
