Using some code Version 1.10.0.0 by Ran Klein but I keep running into this issue. Both my data1 and data2 are the same size and I cant seem to get around this error.
Index exceeds the number of array elements. Index must not exceed 0.
Error in BlandAltman>ParseInputArguments (line 174)
if isscalar(varargin{1}) && isequal(size(varargin{1}),[1 1]) && ishandle(varargin{1})
Error in BlandAltman (line 143)
[fig, data, params] = ParseInputArguments(varargin{:});

Did you call "BlandAltman" with reasonable input arguments ? No, as the command line above shows.
This throws the error.

All of the calling syntaxes shown in the BlandAltman help have atleast two input arguments.
Rather than following its documentation, you have called it with no input arguments. What do you expect to happen?

The reason for the error is that the function BlandAltman accepts certain number of arguments as specified in this document :(Bland-Altman and Correlation Plot - File Exchange - MATLAB Central (mathworks.com).
But here the function is called without any arguments hence it is throwing the error.
