I recommend the usage of the commando called "plot3"
r= ... % range for r
ux =0.*r % ux must be a vector
uy = -0.125.*r+1.125./r
uz = ... % I don't know what is written before the 1.25 [1/ ???? (1.25r^2+... ]
plot3(ux,uy,uz)
