Matlab/installation why do I get this message

Why do i get this kind of message when i'm installing Matlab student version

There was an unexpected exception:

I have checked the logfile but i cant find anything helpful.

Do you have admin privileges? Call the Mathworks, because they offer free telephone support for all installation issues, even the student edition.

This is a known issue conntected to non-English languages as a primary language. The technical document however, is right now under change and not published. Please call MathWorks installation support and refer to "solution 1-CBDAL5". They will provide a workaround.
