Matlab installation problem for R2015a Student Version
Ältere Kommentare anzeigen
I am downloading the software successfully using the Windows 64-bit platform but post download the winzip extraction just crashes and has to be forced to close through task manager.
I have attempted to reinstall many times but the same problem persists,...even when I left the winzip extraction hanging for over an hour,...it continues to show as 'not responding.
I have also confirmed that my system meets the required standards to run this programme , e.g. RAM and processor etc, and my internet speed is fast, continuous and secure.
I am running Norton Anti Virus though, although this did greenflag the Matlab.exe file as safe so I imagine that this would not be the problem.
Any resolution ideas from people with more experience than me please?

No, we don't bother with installation or license questions. Why not, and what can you do? See the FAQ: http://matlab.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ#During_installation.2C_the_installer_crashes.2C_hangs.2C_gives_an_error_message.2C_does_not_authenticate_your_license.2C_or_otherwise_does_finish_installing_correctly.
