Battery Charging/Discharging

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me model a battery control. In this system I have a solar panel unit, Residential Load and a Battery.

For the Controller:

Discharging:

The battery is required to output power when the solar power produced is less then that of the residential load and is required to match the the power required for the residential load.

Charging:

When the solar load is creater than that of the residential load the battery is required to stop discharging and to start charging the excess power produced by the solar panel unit.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
