Follow the following steps to download older version of MATLAB:

1. Go to MATLAB Download site
2. On the left side of the screen, select the release you want to download. You may need to click on show more to find the release you are looking for.

@roni just curious why you want a 5 year old version instead of the most modern, latest version. Can you say why?

Because i will use nntool (nntool toolbox). But matlab version 2022a nntool toolbox none (has been removed)

ho i will install the MATLAB R2017b

1. go to the MATLAB download site https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/
2. In the upper left there is a Select Release dropbox. Select R2017b
3. In "Step 1. Download and run the Installer" if necessary left-click to select a different operating system
4. Click the button to select the downloader
5. When the downloader has finished downloading to your system, execute the downloader
6. go through the steps of the downloader
7. when that is all finished, use "Step 2. Download and apply the latest Update" to download an updater, and execute it

I am following those steps but the only option available for installation is "License Manager".

In that case, you have one of two possible situations:

1. You possibly do not have a MATLAB license for R2017a or later. You must have a MATLAB license for R2017a or later in order to download R2017a.
2. You are possibly at an institution that has configured to turn off downloading except by the License contact and the Technical Support contact. In such a case you need to contact the Technical Support contact.
