BLE write HEX number

I want to write the following hexadecimal number to a BLE device:

"AECA19F00000000000000E287DEDF"

but MATLAB reported an error:

"The operation failed because of an unknown error"

Is write command only able to write up to 64 bits number?

Just convert the hexadecimal number of each byte to decimal, then form an array, and write to the BLE slave
