Could not initialise Matlab

i can not open Matlab anymore. The program crashed, so i quit Matlab and restarted the computer. When i reopened Matlab, i had this message:

Call them on the phone NOW. And I do mean NOW, before the weekend starts and you'll have to go the whole weekend without it. Mathworks offers free technical support for installation issues for ALL versions including student versions. So don't delay. Talk to a real live person on the telephone and they'll get you up and running. They can even set up a screen sharing session through TeamViewer, Teams, or WebEx to drive your computer and get it working.
