Time series predition/forecasting using Particle Filter

I'm trying to predict a random time series and need to use Paricle Filter to do so. Does anyone have experience or indication with this algorithm or have any hands-on example?
The time series in question is attached.

Not Formula, just colected datas like showed in the CSV file attached
