Help me out on this error

I am plotting a pdf curve from a given mean and std deviation and I need to sample 200 data points within the pdf curve and from those random points need to again plot a pdf curve.

I am getting an error called Array indices must be positive integers or logical values. I am using stats for finding the new mean and std deviation.
