can I get trial license of R2018 version

I want to get R2018 trial license. Is there anyway to download it? I only get access to the latest version for trial license.

Why do you want a 3 year old version?

Did you call them and ask? We volunteers here do not distribute the actual MATLAB program.

Well, my company is using the old version for some reason and I am waiting for their license which is probably available next month. I would rather get trial version for now first. I will call them, thanks.

R2018a is probably about the limit on how far back they would be willing to give a trial license, and they might want assurances that you would purchase a current license if your company goes ahead with a purchase. (You can use an R2021a license to run R2018a.)

But only Sales has the ability to generate trial licenses for versions that old.
