extracting images from dicom file??

I have got dicom file from Digital Subtraction Angiography . File name(for an example) is : 14249088. There is no ".dcm" in the name( the file without suffex). How can I extract the images from the file and save them in tiff format??

I want to extract the images independently and order files(images) name according to the order of time frame?
