Multi-scale Anisotropic Kuwahara Filter

Good day to all. I was just wondering if there is available MATLAB code for the multi-scale anisotropic kuwahara filter? At the moment, I've managed to have the (normal) kuwahara filter to be implemented in MATLAB. Having problems with getting the mulstiscale to get done... mostly due to my lack of knowledge in the area. Does anyone know where I can find the implementation for the mulsti scale? Much appreciated and a lot of thanks!
