How to do it?

Contours in the section of y coordinate varying from 24 to 24.7 with x-axis varying from 0 to 0.3 approx are really concentrated and appears like a patch when i do contour filled. Can i make them wide and clearly visible.

A lot of functions take a 'LineWidth' input argument. See if yours does, like

somefunction(....., 'LineWidth', 4, .........) % Make thick lines.

using the line width is just making the contour lines in plot to be more darkened/thick...
