i use 2008 b version.. my version does not supports the command videowriter..

In order to get the code for VideoWriter you would need to work for Mathworks.
The closest corresponding routine in R2008b is http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/avifile.html

I am ready to work for mathworks. But i dont know how to approach and whom to approach..

Go here: http://www.mathworks.com/company/jobs/opportunities/ Good luck with that. Failing that, you might want to upgrade to the latest release.

If i get job in Mathworks, I have to work in one platform only. I am very much happy with my present position, because I am using MATLAB for various purposes like image, speech, ga,nn and integrating with the boards like FPGA and Embedded boards
