How can i convert video into particular number of frames(suppose 10 or 15)? Please help me with the matlab code.

suppose, i want to convert a video of particular alphabet spoken into number of frames.how can i do it? i need the better code.

How do you want to do this? If you want fewer frames, can you subsample? If you want more frames, can you replicate? Otherwise you're looking at interpolation and it's a lot harder.
