RoadRunner Scenario Simulation
RoadRunner Scenario is an interactive editor that enables you to design scenarios for simulating and testing automated driving systems. Automated Driving Toolbox™ provides tools to programmatically manage scenes and scenarios. The toolbox also provides a framework for simulating scenarios in RoadRunner Scenario with actors modeled in MATLAB® and Simulink®.
In the RoadRunner Scenario simulation workflow:
You can control RoadRunner Scenario simulations with MATLAB commands.
You can obtain and analyze actor pose, velocity, and other variables from simulation logs.
You can integrate sensors with the vehicle actors in your RoadRunner Scenario simulation, and process the generated sensor data in MATLAB or Simulink.
You can generate Simulink and MATLAB System object™ behaviors.
You can associate these behaviors to your actors in RoadRunner Scenario, tune their parameters, and simulate the scenarios to observe these behaviors.
Optionally, you can publish your Simulink and MATLAB System object behaviors as proto files or packages.
To get started using RoadRunner and MATLAB, see Connect MATLAB and RoadRunner to Control and Analyze Simulations.
