Modeling and Simulation of Multi Domain Physical Systems
This session introduces Simscape™ for plant modeling as well as other related physical modeling products and their advantages. Simscape provides a modeling and simulation environment for physical systems including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other domains. Functions required for a simulation tool to solve problems related to the development and implementation of a practical system include not only the motion-modeling of various real-world components, but also the ability to verify performance of an entire system by unifying control algorithms. To this end, Simscape-based physical modeling products that support the implementation of model-based design enable simulations for team testing and allow for a more accurate system verification. This session will cover in detail controller design and optimization through a demonstration of physical modeling.
