Neeloufar

I am recently graduated from University of Tehran in the field of Algorithms and Computational from faculty of computer engineering. My research was identifying and classification Transposable Elements (TE) in order to develop new method. It was related to systems biology and also computational biology to achieve a tool with higher performance. The project is under preparation and almost is done, and the team work is working on the articles to publish. We applied one of machine learning algorithms with some modification to work with sequences instead of numeric data. We design an innovative modeling. nearly we achieve to the highest performance among the tools for it.
Now I have switched in another project which is about the biological networks. We have focused on it and we want to develop step by step. Maybe it become one of my phd research.
