Method of characteristics solution of dynamic pressure and flow in a fluid pipeline (e.g. water hammer). This follows Johnston's equations but adds the ability to have radius, wave speed, and/or density vary along the length of the tube. Allows for open, closed, anechoic, or resistive boundary conditions at the inlet and outlet. Includes vectorized code for fast calculation.
