This is a discrete step solver Simscape model for the HEV model for a passenger car.
The input to the system is the target speed of the vehicle, the vehicle controller then acts on the target speed and commands the Electric Motor, Generator and the Engine in the HEV system accordingly to meet the target vehicle speed. So the output of the system is the actual vehicle speed. Also we are outputting the states of the system such as Motor Speed, Generator Speed, Engine Speed and Battery SoC for Off-BD monitoring.
