This live script describes a model for a company's production line caused by disturbances when feeding the oven after a break. The quality problem can easily be described as an uneven baking of the bread (burned or not baked bread). The purpose is to be able to regulate the production line so that the baking process becomes more effective after a disturbance occurs.
