The Keysight Infiniium real-time oscilloscope application can save (and load) waveform data to (and from) a MATLAB .mat file. The InfiniiumWaveform toolbox allows you to easily work with these files. It includes functions for inspecting, reading, and saving .mat files. It now reads waveform files in .h5, .bin, and .csv formats. This (zip-file) version is for R2015B and earlier users. A toolbox version is available for R2016A and later users.
