Convert QUA4 FEM mesh to TRI3 FEM Mesh

To convert four noded finite element mesh into three noded mesh

This function is to demonstrate how a four noded Finite Element Mesh can be converted to three noded Triangular Finite Element Mesh. To achieve this task the nodal coordinates and four noded nodal connectivity matrix data of four noded Finite ELement Mesh are needed. The function QUA42TRI3 converts the four noded nodal connectivity matrix into three noded nodal connectivity matrix.
