Pixelated contours

Pixelated contour of connected components in a 2D indexed image

pixelatedContour computes raw contours in 2D intensity image without interpolation.
These contours are vertical or horizontal segments that separate two contiguous pixels with different intensity
This could be useful to enhance regions or cells visualization with sharp boundaries.

Functions are vectorized to improve computation speed and results are compressed to accelerate the display of the contours.
