This open source library makes it easy for anyone familiar with matlab to perform simple computations in high precision.

The package provided by mathworks does not contain the binaries. Download the complete package here: https://github.com/gem-library/gem/releases

The Gmp Eigen Matrix (GEM) library brings both dense and sparse high precision matrices to matlab. Benefit from arbitrary precision while still using your usual matlab functions thanks to the numerous overloads covering basic matrix algebra, standard eigenvalue decomposition, singular values, basic linear system solving and many more.
