Excel Variables reader

GUI to read and plot variables from Excel files

This GUI allows the user to select an excel file with variables (currently only for the specific format attached, but can be easily modified to import other formats using the importtool) , displays the values, and plots the variables. The numerical difference between 2 cursors is also shown.
