read_patterned_tifd​ata

Read tifs > 4GB, predicting data location from precached offset patterns.

A matlab function for rapidly reading multipage tif files with a repeating structure by guessing where the data will be. Can read standard-violating read files larger than 4GB. I developed this to deal with large files produced by scanimage5 that violate the tiff standard.
