Automated phenotyping of mouse behavior
This work includes automated routines for the analysis of several commonly used behavior tasks used by the neuroscience community. We automated the scoring of: Barnes Maze, Social interaction, spatial object recognition, fear conditioning, zero maze, y-maze, open field, and morris water maze.
